Seeing Hondas

Just recently, Keren and I have both bought hondas, and it has led me to a interesting thought. I'm sure all of you have bought something like that and started noticing it all the time, which you know all along those cars  have been there and it is not a new thing - you have just started to notice it. 

Sometimes when you are studying the bible, scriptures will seem to jump out at you that are applicable to you at the moment.

 I have also noticed that sometimes people who haven't been studying together will be teaching me things that are of the same though-  I'm sure the holy spirit has something to do with that, but most of all I think my heart is ready to hear those things. 

Just like after buying a honda, I start noticing hondas all over, Sometimes you will hear the same song over and over again and suddenly when your heart is ready it will hear what it says. 

In Ephesians it says that ["I pray that the eyes of your heart will be opened"] (Ephesians 1:18) 

so this leads me to say, that sometimes you will be trying to witness to someone and it Just doesn't get through- but have we been praying that the eyes of their heart will be opened? you see when paul was talking to the Ephesians he knew that no amount of words could truly get to their hearts. so you might talk 'til you're blue in the face saying all the right things, doing all the right things but until their heart is opened it just won't do any good. we hear all the time that prayer is important, It truly is, because after all it is him that does all the work. 

I urge you to pray so hard that hondas will be popping out all over so that everywhere people turn they can't help but see them.  Because when God is your passion, Wherever you look you see him.  

Pray for wisdom (James 1:5) - This doesn't apply just to others around us , Pray that we can see clearly what God has for us to learn.
